Meaning
Abusing a position of power over someone in a weaker position — treating subordinates, employees, or service workers poorly because you can. From 갑 (the dominant party) + 질 (negative behavior/conduct). A serious social issue in Korean workplace culture.
갑 = the dominant party (Party A)
질 = behavior / conduct (negative connotation)
