Complete nonsense — something said that has no basis in reality, makes no sense, or is obviously wrong. Used to dismiss someone's claim or statement as total garbage.

쌉 = intensifier (completely, totally) — a softened form of 씹, used to keep the emphasis without the vulgarity.
