Meaning
Being ignored without even having your message read — the message sits there unread, unopened, unanswered. From 안 (not) + 읽 (read) + 씹 (ignore). Worse than being seen and ignored.
안 = not
읽 = read
씹 = ignore (from 씹다)

“Sent the message. 안읽씹. it's been 3 days.”
