The absolute best. Used to express that something or someone is top-tier, unbeatable.

Originally referred to the top fighter in a school hierarchy, but now used casually for anything excellent. Often attached to other words as a suffix.

  • 몸짱 (mom-jjang) = someone with an amazing body

  • 얼짱 (eol-jjang) = someone with a beautiful face

  • 인기짱 (ingi-jjang) = the most popular person
